I know these things happen all over the world, I’m not naive but the scale of it and the impunity it is delivered with disturbs me in ways I cannot come to grips with. Is it just hatred for the Other or is there another underlying motivation of all the madness going on?

I have never been antisemitic, I am a semite myself, yet I see Israeli zionists, backed by western powers, besides committing genocide and ethnic cleansing in Gaza, attacking Lebanon, Syria and now Iran. Yet the world media treats them with kids’ gloves as the US and EU leaders seem to show tacit approval. Do you think there is an underlying battle? Well,some of these facts I knew but the disruption of China’s Belt and Road Initiative and global oil flows was something I hadn’t really considered although I had an article a while ago about the ongoing conflicts being energy wars. Who controls the energy flow has complete power. All the conflicts are part of a chess game unfolding right now in front of our eyes.
